Psychological Practice

My practice is officially registered in the Netherlands, and I am a member of an independent organization that protects the interests of professionals working in the field of complementary psychosocial services — the Nederlandse Federatie Gezondheidszorg (NFG).

Reimbursement of sessions by health insurance
As a member of the NFG association, I belong to the VPMW cluster of specialists. This means that you may be eligible for reimbursement of my sessions by your health insurance company, provided you have an additional insurance package. You can find more detailed information [here].

Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint about my services, I encourage you to first discuss it with me directly. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you can contact my professional association, NFG. I have chosen to handle complaints through them. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Wkkgz (the Dutch Act on Quality, Complaints, and Disputes in Healthcare).
