Psychosocial therapy

Sometimes life throws too many curveballs at us – losses, changes, moving, pressure, internal conflicts. We lose our bearings, feel anxious, tired or lonely. At such moments, it is especially important to have someone nearby who can help restore inner balance, clarity and strength.

 

What is psychosocial therapy?

Psychosocial support is a form of low-threshold psychological support that places safety, trust, and respect for you and your experience at the center. It is a path of gentle but deep exploration of what is stopping you from living the life you want, and what helps you get back to yourself.

This approach combines psychological support with attention to the body, emotions, thinking and social environment you find yourself in. Together, we look at difficulties not as a problem that needs to be solved urgently, but as an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, recognize old patterns and begin to choose new ones - more consciously and with self-care.
